CAMS ECR's win support for their research

Dr Kate Nixon (Flinders University) has won a prestigious Newton Fellowship to undertake work with Professor Andrew Murray at the University of Manchester, UK. Kate will take up her position early in 2010.

Ms Jessica Francis-Staite won a 2009 Flinders University Research Student Travel Grant of $1500 to attend the USA and POSMOL satellite meeting in Canada, both in July 2009

Mr Ryan Weed (ANU) has been awarded a Vice-Chancellor's Research Student Travel Grant of $1500 to attend a Course on 'Physics with Many Positrons' at the Enrico Fermi International School of Physics in Varenna, Italy, in July 2009.
