SLOPOS 12 will provide a broad program of invited speakers and contributed papers covering the interaction of low energy positron beams with materials, atoms and molecules, and their applications.
The Workshop will be held on Magnetic Island, near Townsville, in tropical North Queensland. Townsville is serviced directly by air from many parts of Australia, including international entry points at Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns.
Average daytime temperatures in August are around 25°C and there are many local tourist attractions for delegates either before or after the meeting. The meeting will be held at All Seasons Resort - www.magneticresort.com
