Publication of SLOPOS12 Proceedings
Participants at SLOPOS12 are invited to submit a paper for the Proceedings which are to be publshed in - Journal of Physics Conference Series (IOP). Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) provides a fast, flexible and affordable proceedings service in an open-access title, which makes conference papers available to researchers worldwide, reaching the widest possible readership in academia and industry. They do not require a transfer of copyright meaning that all authors retain copyright to material. Publication costs are included in the registration fee.
If you have submitted an abstract to SLOPOS12 - either as a Plenary, Invited, or Contributed abstract, please consider writing this up in longer form for publication in the Proceedings. Papers will be refereed.
To submit a paper we need you to do the following:
- Download the template and guidelines (below) in either MSWord or Tex formats
- Please let us know of your intention to submit a paper - it helps our planning
- Complete your manuscript and please adhere STRICTLY to the format and guidelines - papers that do not will be returned to be reformatted. NOTE that there is a 4-page limit per paper.
- Submit TWO HARD COPIES of your paper at the time of Registration on August 1 plus an electronic copy (pdf preferred)
- Respond quickly to referees suggestions through revising your manuscript and providing a final pdf version of the paper electronically to the organisers
